Spring

Longer, warmer days along with a few signs of spring are nudging me to begin using my camera to capture the beginning rebirth of creation.  On Friday I was surprised to find a few crocus in my garden.  I ran into the house gathered my point and click and captured this first sign of spring.  I look forward to preparing the vegetable and flower gardens for planting.  I feel refreshed when I see the tiny growth start to appear on the trees, and I anxiously await to see what flowers will return after the harsh cold winter.  I enjoy waking to the sounds of birds singing their morning songs.  Capturing the beauty of creation and turning those shots into scrapbook pages is one favorite hobby along with many outdoor activities.   

Christmas
